The Education System & Deep Immersion

We want the latest operating systems, phones and tech. Our Education system has been around since 1900. Our Education system is outdated. We live in the information age. This Education model is based on linearity, conformity(compliance with standards, rules, or laws), and batching people, it's obsolete. Whatever you learn at the beginning of the university years is obsolete by the time you graduate. Peter Diamandis said, "There will be as many changes between 2016-2022 due to exponential technology growth as between 1900-2000". more than %2000 growth. This is just the beginning of the exponential growth. Many of the jobs we have didn't exist 5 years ago. (Cloud computing specialist, 3D printing professionals, Digital Marketing specialist, Vlogger, Chief Listening Officer, Drone Operator, Social Media Marketer,  SEO Specialist, UX Designer, Big Data Analysts), We don't live in the age of standardization, we live in the age of Customization. Anybody can teach themselves. Kevin Systrom coded Burbn (later Instagram) and sold it for 1 billion dollars to college dropout (facebook). He was a marketer for an agency.  Customization. Anybody can teach themselves. We are unique. that's why our education should be unique. Great ideas come from uniqueness. These standardizations were made for a purpose and that purpose is gone. That's why I as a teacher believe in customizing the learning experience for each student. That's why people who learn through the internet learn well because they customize and take the internet courses on their own base. Take online courses about anything you like from a professional course to hobbies. Start educating yourself. 

Do you know Elliot Bisnow? He created what's known now as the summit series. He took 50,000 from his credit to pay for an entrepreneur to come and attend in Uata. year after year, People like Richard Branson spoke at that event. Find people with a similar point, similar interest and thrive. Find your own tribe. We are social animals. Find people with similar values, similar belief system, we thrive in that environment. we grow together. Deep immersion is what we are after. just like kids after Disney world place crying because they just experienced what we call deep immersion.

Deep immersion is the highly inspiring, fun, exciting moments that you experience.  when you come with your tribe, discuss a topic you learned in a short time. That's the real deal. It's Self-educate, my Tribe, and deep immersion and back to self-educate. That's Smart people, the outliers, the game changers, the moon shot takers never quit learning. They just escaped the traditional education system.  Again, find your tribe and thrive! Design your degree and your own educational path. I got in the system because of other reasons: 

family,

paperwork,

cultural learning,

financial reasons,

 and others.

A school was just the motive for me to do it the right way. the online education, the conferences and Ted talks, and friends were my tribe, and the experience of deep immersion were my projects.
